One of the best little inventions for mixing protein shakes, bladder, smoothies, etc. Forget about blenders as it is loud (dont want to wake up your family or neighbors) and most of all it such a pain to clean. Some people use a spoon to mix their protein shakes. Do that and it takes forever and your left with alot of chunks. I like to use regular milk, soy milk, or almond milk to mix my protein shakes. I tried water but its kind of grose. However, some folks dont mind water. After i put in 2 or 3 scoops and add the milk, I shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. I like to drink these for breakfast (since i dont really eat breakfast) and for after workouts.
